Audio Bee isn’t necessarily a good site to join unless you’re already very good at transcription. If you are looking to start making money right away with no training or testing, there are better options.

If you are good at typing and are looking for other ways to earn money, this could be a good opportunity for you to earn some extra money.

What is Audio Bee and what does it offer?

As mentioned above, Audio Bee is an audio transcription website that allows you to earn money by transcribing different audio files and performing other similar tasks.

It offers several types of work, most of which will involve typing. So like I said earlier, you need to at least be good at typing if you want to join this site.

Transliteration work

As mentioned, one way to make money with Audio Bee is to transcribe audio files. The idea is really simple, you have to listen to an audio file and you have to import everything you hear from that file. However, there are a few guidelines you should follow when transcribing.

You get paid between $24 and $120 for every hour of audio you can transcribe. The only problem is that it’s pretty hard to find work with such long audio files. So you can’t really expect to earn that amount for every job.
And in my experience, you will rarely find work that pays around $120 per hour of audio. So expect to find jobs that will pay at the lower end of the range.

Voice recording mission

Another way to make money on this site is doing voice recording jobs. But just like transcription work, you really have to go through some tests before you can start making money.

You will need to submit 3 forms to start earning from this opportunity. When you take the test, it tells you what to do. As shown in the photo above, you will earn about $5 to $50 for every voice recording job you do. The unique thing about this opportunity is that it is very difficult to get a job. Customers are a bit picky about who they accept.

Translation and segmentation

Audio Bee sometimes offers this kind of monetization opportunity, but during my testing these quests weren’t really part of the monetization options. I don’t know if it’s a regional issue, but personally I can’t explain it well because I haven’t really been able to test it. But if you come across this type of earning opportunity when you sign up, the same process will apply. You still need to pass a test before you can start working on it. That’s how their system works.

Referral Program

You can also earn rewards by inviting others to join the site through their referral program. All you have to do is share your invite link with the person you want to invite and once they register on the site, they will become your referrer. It is not clear exactly how much you will earn for each referral you receive. The only obvious information on their website about their referral program is that you can earn between 1 and 20 dollars per referral after they complete a project. Lack of information is actually one of the problems I have with this site, and I’ll expand on that later.

How do you get paid?

You will earn a certain amount in US dollars for each job you complete. It will be credited to your account balance. Audio Bee will then pay you at the end of each week for each verified work you complete.
It offers three payment methods (see photo above). You can get paid via PayPal, Payoneer or direct bank transfer. However, direct bank transfer payments are only available in certain countries, and they don’t really indicate which countries the feature is available in.

So in my opinion the safest way to get paid is through PayPal. You can go the Payoneer route, but you will need to earn more than $50 to get paid through this payment gateway. That’s why I recommend using PayPal instead, as it is the most convenient and easy option offered by Audio Bee.

How much money can you earn?

While it may seem like the site has a fair price tag, if you look at the prices for things like transcription and recording, what Audio Bee has to offer is actually a bit lower than most. site that provides this type of service. And the problem is that there are not many real quests offered on this site. Also, making money on this site is not easy. You need to pass tests and undergo training before you can start earning. This will take considerable time, for which you will not be compensated.

Can we use it on mobile?

Audio Bee does not have a mobile app, but you can access the website from a mobile device using a mobile web browser. However, the nature of the monetization opportunities it offers isn’t exactly ideal for mobile devices.

Audio Bee is available worldwide. So you can sign up for membership no matter where you live. But you must be at least 18 years old to register. However, job availability will always depend on where you live.
